The Department of Transportation ("the department") appeals from the judgment reversing its suspension of the appellees drivers license. In this opinion, we hold that the warnings mandated by Ariz.Rev.Stat.Ann. ("A.R.S.") section 28-691(B) correctly reflect the applicable statutory law. We reverse the superior courts holding to the contrary.
